  • There will be tables of 10 only.  This means that if you purchase 12 seats, two people will sit together elsewhere. Or, if you purchase less than 10 seats, there will be others at your table. If you want to have a full table 10 seats will need to be purchased.
  • The order form asks you to list names.  If you’re unsure of who will be attending please list them as guest 1, guest 2, etc.
  • If your workplace is paying for the seats please let Dianna ([email protected]) know who to invoice.
  • Deadline for orders is May 26, 2023.  
  • There is a notes section on the order form.  Please use this to communicate any seating requests.
  • Black Tie or Business Attire.

The 2023 Convocation will be held at the St. John's Convention Centre (SJCC) on June 10, 2023. The certificate ceremony will begin at 5:00pm, followed by a cocktail hour then dinner at 7:00pm.
