NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC – JUSTIN M. PERRY (MAY ALSO USE THE NAME JUSTIN CHASE)

 This notice is to advise the public that Justin M. Perry (may also use the name JUSTIN CHASE) is not a member of the Association and is not a Chartered Professional Accountant or “CPA” in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

The Association of Chartered Professional Accountants of Newfoundland and Labrador (the Association) has become aware that Justin M. Perry (who also may use the name Justin Chase) has used and may continue to use the initials “CPA” in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador; and has and may continue to represent himself as a licensed US “CPA” in the state of Texas.

This notice is to advise the public that Justin M. Perry is not a member of the Association and is not a Chartered Professional Accountant or “CPA” in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador. Further, this notice is to advise the public that the Association has been provided confirmation from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy that Justin Perry is not a licensed CPA in the State of Texas.

 

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC - WILLIAM VINCENT

The Association of Chartered Professional Accountants of Newfoundland and Labrador (the Association) has become aware that William Vincent has used and may continue to use the words “Professional Accountant” and the initials “CA” in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

This notice is to advise the public that William Vincent is not a member of the Association and is not a Chartered Professional Accountant, “CPA”, Chartered Accountant or “CA”, in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

The Association is the regulatory body for Newfoundland and Labrador’s Chartered Professional Accountants. The Association protects the public interest through the profession’s high standards of qualification, continuing professional development, practice inspection programs and the enforcement of its rules of professional conduct.
